Students may be eligible to apply for scholarships to help fund their studies. For some students, scholarships provide the necessary funding support to enable them to study. Because scholarships are limited in number, the application process can be highly competitive.

Enrolment Periods
In the UK, the academic year typically runs from September to July, and most UK university courses follow this system. This means that the majority of higher education courses in the UK begin in September or October, with three terms (semesters) running until the summer, with term breaks for the Christmas and Easter holidays.
Some universities have additional intakes in January and May. These intakes are traditionally smaller than the traditional September intake, with fewer courses and spaces available. UKEC are here to help you find the right course at the right university.
