Mandarin / English Accommodation Sales and Business Development Manager

Overall Purpose of the Job:

The Stuliving department manages student accommodation services, assisting students in finding suitable housing options during their studies.  Accommodation Sales and Business Development Manager is to drive sales and business growth in the accommodation sector. Responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building relationships with key clients and partners.

The key tasks include but are not limited to:

• Develop and implement the overall strategy for expanding the UK apartment market channels, and organize its execution to achieve market expansion goals.
• Manage the daily operations of the UK market, sales, and external liaison teams to ensure all work is carried out effectively.
• Lead the sales team in providing excellent customer service and achieving sales targets in the UK market.
• Maintain good relationships with housing partners to gain access to favourable resources and new housing developments.
• Manage team building, talent development, team motivation, and create a positive work atmosphere.
• Complete other work tasks assigned by the company or department.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experiences:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or related fields, exceptional candidates with other educational backgrounds will be considered.
• Prior experience in UK education or related markets is preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and management skills.
• Strong target management and strategic planning abilities, willing to take on high-paying jobs, and able to handle work pressure.
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
