We’re currently undertaking a £340 million investment programme, offering world-leading facilities for courses in Art, the Built Environment, Business, Computing, Design, Education, Engineering, Health, Law, Life Sciences, Media, and Social Sciences. Renovations include four industry-standard TV studios, a 500-seat concert hall, a simulated operating theatre and hospital wards and an 80-station fitness suite.

We have transformed our curriculum with over 1,000 contemporary, flexible courses at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels, with practice-based learning and international opportunities built into every stage.

Our 2,000-strong team of teaching staff come from various industrial sectors, ensuring you benefit directly from their knowledge, insight, and contacts. We work with companies like Microsoft, Cisco, Jaguar Land Rover, Sky UK, and the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra. All students have the chance to gain industry and professional practise experience, which helps you make connections & is a key reason why many of our students are employed or in further study six months after graduating.
