About University of Chichester

The University of Chichester is a thriving higher education institution set across two beautiful campuses in the heart of the South coast of England: Bishop Otter Campus, a 10-minute walk from the centre of the historic city of Chichester, and Bognor Regis Campus, just a short walk from an award-winning beach, which offers a mix of traditional and modern facilities, including the state-of-the-art, £35 million Tech Park.
Ranked 21st overall in the UK (Guardian league tables 2022) the University is going from strength to strength, offering a vibrant portfolio of programmes that includes subjects as diverse as business management, accounting and finance, dance, psychology, sports, computer games design, fine art, history, politics, law and education.
The University of Chichester is known for its outstanding student experience, for which it was recently rated among the top 20 UK universities by the Times and Sunday Times Good University Guide 2021 for student satisfaction and 14th for teaching quality. Its students are among the happiest with their studies in the UK, according to the National Student Survey (NSS) 2020, which placed it among the UK’s top 3rd for student satisfaction.

What their Students Say

I’m from China. I first began studying at the University of Chichester in 2017 and completed my BA degree, then I decided to continue my education and obtained my MSc degree in 2019. And I am now a 2nd year Ph.D. student at the University of Chichester majoring in Sustainable Business.

My reasons for choosing the University of Chichester, besides the ranking and location of the university: I was really interested in the teaching method that the university’s Business School is implementing. The Business School runs most courses with a small group of students, which is the study model I was looking for.

In addition, I’d say the international student support made me stay at the University of Chichester. As an overseas student, I can always get help from the university easily if I have any living or studying problems. I was worried about everything before I got into the UK: where I would live, how I’d get to the university after landing in the UK, where to get help if I had trouble with my studies, etc. The University of Chichester’s international student support office provides professional advice to help you settle in the UK, and the International English team is always ready to help with your English.
