What their Students Say

“Studying at the University of Sunderland has been a great new chapter in my life. Its rapidly-improving worldwide reputation and ranking have been a major factor behind my decision to study here, and these were justified right in front of my eyes as soon as I arrived here.

The MBA course particularly has been nothing short of incredible. Just by mingling around with my course mates, I have benefited greatly from their sharing of the culture and work experience in their respective countries.

The helpful and knowledgeable lecturers also make my studying experience here fantastic. The classes are structured in a way that encourages students’ participation and the lecturers are always able to facilitate students’ critical thinking, making the classes alive with students exchanging views and sharing experience during discussions and debates.

I would strongly recommend the University of Sunderland. I cannot speak highly enough about how wonderful this University, and particularly the MBA course is. This course is certainly not just about the one year we spend studying here, but the lifelong changes that can happen to us which will equip us to be shining stars in the working field once we graduate.”

“Studying Events Management at the University of Sunderland is the best choice that I have ever made. It’s a very interesting course that mixes academic knowledge with varied practical activities.

As an international student, it was initially difficult for me to understand Western Culture and all the different festivals and traditions. As the course progresses, I have gained relevant knowledge step by step. I have been offered lots of chances to organise small events with my classmates, such as a student Christmas party and charity night. I’ve also had chances to be involved in mega events, such as the Olympic and Paralympic Games and a Take That concert at the Stadium of Light.

The Events Management course in University of Sunderland is not only a degree, it’s a life experience and the first step of career.”
