Job Title: Mandarin / English Part-time Education Advisor – Leicester

Contract Type: Casual

Working Hours: Up to 20 hours per week

Overall Purpose of the Job:

The Key Tasks Include but Are not Limited to:

  • Share responsibility for the recruitment of international students and actively assist the team to achieve
  • Proactively plan and execute recruitment and marketing activities (both online & offline) to promote our services and in turn help to achieve targets.
  • Deal with student enquiries and provide professional consultation services to students.
  • Liaise with universities and students to track students’ applications, arrange interviews, and field any general or specific enquiries as well as advocate on behalf of students.
  • Visit students off-site for counselling and information sessions, distribute leaflets, take part in and and off-site recruitment events such as education fairs, university interviews, open days and other relevant recruitment events.
  • Be available for ad hoc and regular company training where necessary and be prepared to deliver information sessions at regular company meetings. Also be available for university information sessions and familiarisation trips.
  • Maintain good communication with colleagues and keep the centre manager informed of application statuses or problems.
  • From time-to-time undertake other relevant tasks as requested by the centre manager or the company.

 

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experiences:

  • Have an university degree / currently studying an university degree in any discipline.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.

  • Have strong direct marketing skills.

A support officer is responsible for providing professional administration support and customer service to international student and manages the whole cycle of their applications.

 

The key tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Share responsibility for the recruitment of international students and actively assist the team to achieve recruitment targets.
  • Provide high quality after-sales consultation and customer service.
  • Any and all administrative tasks involved in processing student applications. This will include but not limited to prepare enterprise documents, forward them to the university, track their progress, enter and update the information in student files.
  • Liaise with universities and students to track students’ applications, arrange interviews, and answer any general or specific enquiries as well as advocate on behalf of students.
  • Provide support for the recruitment of international students and actively assist the team to achieve

Job Title: Mandarin / English Sales Executive – Prominent Education

Contract Type: Full-time Permanent

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (09:00- 17:30)

Location: Manchester

Salary: £25,000 per annum plus performance-based bonus

Job Overview:

The Sales Executive is responsible for establishing contact and developing relationships with students and their parents, maintaining relationships with clients by providing support and information, and communicating with existing and new partners for student referrals.

 

The key tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Acting as the main point of contact between clients and Prominent Education.
  • Formulating and executing sales plans to meet sale targets.
  • Negotiating terms of sales and agreements, and finalising sales with clients.
  • Collecting market and client information to ascertain client needs.
  • Addressing client inquiries and resolving objections to facilitate purchases.
  • Working with tutoring coordinator to facilitate tutoring sessions and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Enhancing the client continuation rate by improving customer satisfaction and understanding clients’ needs.
  • Summarising clients’ needs and communicating with the product development team.
  • Feeding the team with market intelligence and trends.
  • Establishing student referral channels from China including but not limited to education recruitment agencies and international/ local schools.
  • Establishing student referral channels from the United Kingdom including but not limited to schools, PTAs and Chinese supermarkets.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification
  • 1-2 years of sales experience in the tutoring industry (preferably in the UK and China)
  • Proven ability to establish channels for student referrals
  • Understanding of the UK Education system and its equivalent in China
  • Experience in marketing activities for enhancing brand loyalty and stickiness, along with success in fission marketing

Job Title: Senior Immigration Adviser – UK Nationwide

Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time Permanent

Job Overview:

The Senior Immigration Advisor is to provide exceptional professional visa services that meet OISC standards as well as the company’s standards.  Proactively promote visa service offerings to potential customers and businesses in order to achieve sales target. The senior immigration advisor is also to support the line manager in the smooth running of the team, as well as providing cover in his/her absence.

 

The key tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Provide visa advisory support and guidance to UKEC as well as Xinlung Group clients. This includes but is not limited to counselling clients on the type of visa services that they require, assessing and verifying application documents, filling in visa forms etc;
  • Perform administrative duties involved in the immigration advice & application services. This includes but is not limited to organising client files, assessing & verifying application documents, filling in visa application forms, writing memos and letters etc;
  • Undergo relevant immigration training compliant with OISC standards & regulations;
  • Ensure all case requirements from OISC are met and all paperwork are done in good quality;
  • Maintain good upkeep of immigration cases & client information on the CRM system;
  • Business development in order to establish better sales channels for paid services in order to achieve sales target, this includes but is not limited to delivering business development projects independently;
  • Formulate and execute annual plan independently to achieve all personal and team’s targets;
  • Plan, recruit, train and manage junior staff to ensure adequate level of administrative support is available when required;
  • Take part in UKEC and external marketing events to promote visa products and services;
  • Monitor changes in immigration policy and summarise key changes to the Marketing team in a timely manner;
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service;
  • Provide general administrative support as required by the line manager;
  • Responsible for the development and regular update of the department’s website;
  • Cover line manager’s duties in managing visa team in his/her absence such as communication with external stakeholders etc;
  • Perform other ad hoc duties designed by the line manager.

 

Requirement:

  • Must be educated to degree level
  • Must be OISC level 1 qualified
  • 2 years of visa consultation experience after passing OISC level1
  • Extensive experience in handling UK visa including student visa
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Mandarin is a plus
  • Have excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and systematically train PT to handle standard student visa application
  • Capable of meeting sales target+ assist line manager to complete annual sales plan and execute independently is desired
  • Responsible, mature, organised, and honest

Job Title: Mandarin / English Market Development Executive – Elite Scheme

Contract Type: Full-time Permanent

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Location: Chengdu, China

Salary: CNY 10,000 -15,000 per month (including monthly performance bonus)

The key tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and implement a nationwide offline marketing strategy in alignment with the company’s strategy and goals for the UK education market (aged 3-18). Actively establish and expand market channels and customer resources to achieve market objectives.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experiences:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher education. Exceptional candidates may have some flexibility in educational requirements. Candidates with overseas study experience are preferred.
  • More than 3 years of experience in developing and managing overseas education marketing projects. Having a high-net-worth network is a plus.
  • Passion for the market, strong organisational and coordination skills, robust planning and execution abilities, and effective leadership skills.
  • Alignment with the company’s culture and the ability to handle a certain level of work pressure.
