Job Title: Mandarin/English Part-time Administrative Officer

Contract Type: Casual

Job Overview 

Administrative Officer is responsible for translation & proofreading activities, ensuring quality work is delivered; providing assistance to the Admissions Officer in providing application advice and interview preparation advice for high-end applicants as well as the management of freelancers.

 

The key tasks include but are not limited to:

• Be responsible for translation and proof-reading work referred;
• Provide proof-reading and translation services both internally and externally;
• Assure quality work is delivered consistently and meets the required standard;
• Ensure that all tasks meet given deadlines with quick turnaround time;
• Be responsible for translations quality checks for UKEC branches and provide feedback;
• Coordinate and conduct translator recruitment tests for PAC and UKEC branches;
• Oversee, maintain, recruit, and train a high-quality freelancing translation and proof-reading team;
• Provide professional consultation on G5 and PhD applicants regarding document preparation and application follow-up;
• Brief students to prepare for admission related interviews;
• Always maintain excellent level of customer service;
• Ensure good collaboration and effective communication across all department;
• Undertake any other relevant duties as delegated by line manager.

 

Requirement:

• Strong academic background in English or related fields; TEM-8 certification preferred, IELTS 8.0+ is a strong advantage.
• Ability to independently draft and revise application documents (e.g., Personal Statements, CVs, Letters of Recommendation) with clarity, accuracy, and polished language.
• Prior experience in admissions essay/document writing; minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Capable of addressing client and internal team inquiries regarding document writing; strong communication and customer service.

Contract Type: Full-time Fixed-term (ASAP start – 30 November 2027, maternity leave cover)

Overall Purpose of the Job

Accounts Assistant is responsible for daily accounting activities and providing full administrative support to contribute to the smooth running of Finance team.

 

The Key Tasks Include but are not Limited to:

  1. Ensure that all sales invoices and expenses are processed and filed correctly.
  2. Prepare bank reconciliation.
  3. Assist with the processing of the monthly payroll.
  4. Follow accounting policies, rules, and regulations to all work in order to ensure compliance with applicable standards.
  5. Handle all finance enquiries from other departments, customers and suppliers with excellent level of customer service.
  6. Collect and reconcile sales invoice payments owed to the company.
  7. Maintain confidentiality of all financial data.
  8. Assist with preparing financial and statistical reports.
  9. Assist with the implementation and improvement of controls and processes.
  10. Ensure all the above are completed in a timely manner according to deadlines.
  11. Undertake other ad hoc accounts and office management related tasks as designated by the line manager.

 

Requirement:

  1. Fluent in both English & Mandarin.
  2. Strong accounting background.
  3. Degree in Accounting is preferred, but not essential.
  4. Excellent analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
  5. Good communication skills, both oral and written.
  6. Proactive team player with a hands-on approach.
  7. Self-motivated and well organised with strong administration skills.
  8. Strong IT skills including good Excel and Word skills.
  9. Relevant accounting experience is preferable.

3.Social Media Data Analysis:

  • Perform in-depth analysis of social media data monthly, identify key products and topics for promotion and provide recommendations for content optimisation.

4.WeChat Article Writing:

  • Analyse the psychology and needs of high-net-worth parents, creating insightful and perspective-aligned WeChat articles independently.

5.Market Research:
