Required Knowledge, Skills and Experiences:

Job Overview:

The Sales Executive is responsible for establishing contact and developing relationships with students and their parents, maintaining relationships with clients by providing support and information, and communicating with existing and new partners for student referrals.

 

The key tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Acting as the main point of contact between clients and Prominent Education.
  • Formulating and executing sales plans to meet sale targets.

  • Experience in marketing activities for enhancing brand loyalty and stickiness, along with success in fission marketing

Job Title: Senior Immigration Adviser – UK Nationwide

Job Overview:

The Senior Immigration Advisor is to provide exceptional professional visa services that meet OISC standards as well as the company’s standards.  Proactively promote visa service offerings to potential customers and businesses in order to achieve sales target. The senior immigration advisor is also to support the line manager in the smooth running of the team, as well as providing cover in his/her absence.

 

The key tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Provide visa advisory support and guidance to UKEC as well as Xinlung Group clients. This includes but is not limited to counselling clients on the type of visa services that they require, assessing and verifying application documents, filling in visa forms etc;
  • Perform administrative duties involved in the immigration advice & application services. This includes but is not limited to organising client files, assessing & verifying application documents, filling in visa application forms, writing memos and letters etc;
  • Undergo relevant immigration training compliant with OISC standards & regulations;
  • Ensure all case requirements from OISC are met and all paperwork are done in good quality;
  • Maintain good upkeep of immigration cases & client information on the CRM system;
  • Business development in order to establish better sales channels for paid services in order to achieve sales target, this includes but is not limited to delivering business development projects independently;
  • Formulate and execute annual plan independently to achieve all personal and team’s targets;
  • Plan, recruit, train and manage junior staff to ensure adequate level of administrative support is available when required;
  • Take part in UKEC and external marketing events to promote visa products and services;
  • Monitor changes in immigration policy and summarise key changes to the Marketing team in a timely manner;
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service;
  • Provide general administrative support as required by the line manager;
  • Responsible for the development and regular update of the department’s website;

  • 2 years of visa consultation experience after passing OISC level1
