Mandarin / English Market Development Executive – Elite Scheme

The key tasks include but are not limited to:

• Develop and implement a nationwide offline marketing strategy in alignment with the company’s strategy and goals for the UK education market (aged 3-18). Actively establish and expand market channels and customer resources to achieve market objectives.
• Responsible for project negotiations and business expansion. Regularly visit key clients or partners to establish and maintain positive cooperative relationships with clients and partners.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor dynamics. Provide forward-looking and feasible enhancement plans for the company’s market positioning, offline market channels, and product design based on actual circumstances.
• Organise and execute various offline and online marketing activities to maximise the influx of potential customer resources. Achieve the maximum activation, conversion, and proliferation of customer resources.
• Serve as a role model for practicing corporate culture, lead by example, and positively promote corporate culture. Actively embody corporate culture values.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experiences:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher education. Exceptional candidates may have some flexibility in educational requirements. Candidates with overseas study experience are preferred.
• More than 3 years of experience in developing and managing overseas education marketing projects. Having a high-net-worth network is a plus.
• Passion for the market, strong organisational and coordination skills, robust planning and execution abilities, and effective leadership skills.
• Alignment with the company’s culture and the ability to handle a certain level of work pressure.
