The Key Tasks Include but are not limited to:

• Researching and Organizing Programme Information:
  • Ensure the team can quickly and accurately access and utilize various programme-related information.
  • Maintain and the programme database to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of information.
• Researching and Organizing Programme Personal Statement Requirements:
  • Thoroughly understand the Personal Statement standards and requirements of each programme.
  • Checking and Verifying Student-Provided Questionnaires:
  • Ensure all submitted questionnaires strictly comply with the Programme’s Personal Statement requirements.
  • Perform quality control on questionnaires to ensure accuracy.
• Editing Questionnaire Content:
  • Flexibly handle and edit the content of questionnaires when they do not meet requirements, based on the materials provided by students.
  • Ensure the compliance and quality of the questionnaire content.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experiences:

• Undergraduate student or higher.
• Excellent research and information organization skills.
• Good writing and editing skills for Personal statement.
• High level of detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle complex information flexibly and make reasonable judgments.
